Send events
You send events in the track format or as Shopify webhooks. Each event is stored once.
Build cases
tiqline links them on the anchor object, an order for example, and moves the case from step to step.
Send the alert
When a step stays open longer than its time limit, tiqline groups the stuck cases into one incident. One alert goes out, with a link to the process and to the case.
An alert before anyone complains

In the dashboard
Overview and process
For each process you see how many finished cases kept every time limit, how many are stuck now and how long a case usually takes. The diagram is drawn from the real cases.

Time limits
You set a step's time limit in the dashboard. The change applies at once, to the running cases too.

Branching
A process splits after a step, according to a property of the event, the warehouse for example. The case takes exactly one path, and the paths can meet again later.
Packed
Branches by warehouse
An example. After Packed the case takes exactly one path.
Process editor
Steps stand as a chain. A draft changes nothing live. Preview replays it on your real cases, and publishing makes it live.
Organisation and roles
You create an organisation, invite colleagues and assign roles. One person can be in several organisations, with other rights in each.
Audit log
Every plan includes the audit log, including Free. Publishing a process, changing a time limit and connecting Slack or email are recorded, with who did it.
Setup by an AI agent
Claude, ChatGPT and Grok connect with OAuth, without a key. The agent sets ID fields, processes, time limits and alerts, and can read usage and the audit log. Admins see the connected apps and can disconnect them.
Set the limits in the dashboard
The change applies at once, including to running cases.

Questions
The short version.
Do I need a developer?
You connect Shopify in the dashboard. You set time limits and alerts there, or an AI agent sets them up over OAuth, without a key. Events from another system go to the track API.
Does this work with my 3PL?
Yes, if the warehouse or your middleware sends an event with the order number to the track API. There are no ready-made 3PL connectors.
What is tiqline?
tiqline detects stuck business processes per case and sends an alert when a step breaks its time limit.
How do events arrive?
Through the track API, one at a time or in a batch, or as Shopify webhooks. An event is stored once per organisation.
When is there an alert?
When a case is waiting on a step whose time limit has passed. The stuck cases of one step are one incident, and one alert goes out for it.
Can a process branch?
Yes. After a step, tiqline chooses the path from a property of the event. The case takes exactly one path. Paths can meet again later.
What does the free quota do?
5,000 events a month. From 80 % the dashboard shows a notice. When the quota is full, new alerts stay off until the end of the month (UTC); events are still stored. From ten times the quota the track API refuses new events. Shopify webhooks are still accepted.
What does Standard cost?
€49 excl. VAT / month, including 50,000 events. Yearly: buy an event allowance upfront, 10% off. Beyond that, standard tier rates apply. Per further 1,000 events: €0.40 excl. VAT from 50,000 to 500,000, €0.25 excl. VAT from 500,000 to 2M, €0.15 excl. VAT from 2M to 5M. From 5M events a month, Custom applies, on request. Cancel monthly, no minimum term.
